The kick of “pro” camwhoring!

Its wonderful to have your own photo studio! For cam-whorers like me who love taking photos of myself…regarding this point, i wont live in self-denial and im more than glad to confess! Luckily MDS help to fulfill this tiny part of my life…all the equipments are forever ready for JM to snap photos of me(minus nicely-styled hair and full make-up)! I dunno about others, but i think generally, girls love to look at the photos they took over and over again without getting sick of them. Like my facebook photos, i always browse through them at least once every 2 weeks? Even though i pretty much know the sequence of pictures already.

I realized i love taking photos especially after i stopped modeling the designs i brought in for many reasons, mainly because i dont like to walk on the streets and get recognized at the least expected moment(say like coming out from a cubicle? Or in the midst of shopping when my concentration level is 101%).

I pleaded JM to satisfy my craving to snap pictures and here are all the images!

Love this the most. Maybe i should think of more cover banners like this one?! How about colorful balloons all around with the model sitting right smack in the centre looking up? She must be wearing a little pink dress with soft loose curls and gentle makeup with some pouting of lips to finish off the perfect cover! SSSSWWWEEEETTTTT!

Im so happy we signed the letter of intent today. Our new, comfy nest @ Tanjong Pagar, 18A Duxton Road. A bigger space to work in, more room for creativity, more space for new blood and a more complete team!

Went to Xisong & Weisong’s concert yesterday night at Indoor Stadium and its fantastic!

This was the first time i ever watched a concert LIVE and all i can say was, its fabulous because of 1 person and that person was,

JAM HSIAO!!!!

The new, upcoming Taiwan singer who competed in Superstar Avenue…can you believe his VOICE was just so damn good?!

EXCELLENT TO THE EXTENT IT MADE MY HAIR STAND CONTINOUSLY THROUGHOUT THE 3 SONGS HE SANG!!

Im really not exagerating. I have a copy of his CD in my car and i listen to it EVERYDAY on my way to work, its one of the best CDs i bought recently because everytime i listen to his voice, its a different feeling towards the same song and his songs really bring about much fond memories.

BUT ITS NOT AS POWER AS LIVE!!!! People always say most singers cannot sing live because their voice is too fragile and too many “artificial flavorings” to the CD to make it perfect, but this definitely DOESNT APPLY to Jam Xiao!

He’s simply fabulous! Gosh, he touch people’s hearts when he sing. Me & JM kept singing praises of him the whole night despite seeing so many other stars sing.

Hard-core fans of Jam Xiao! I should have joined them!

Pretty Jolin!

There’s Daniel Chan, Jolin Tsai, Xiao Zhu, and Stephanie Sun but none sings live as good as Jam! In fact, i think his “live” version sounded so much more powerful and better than CD.

Everyone should just get a copy and listen hard.

Xiao Zhu is very funny(as usual) and witty. He has all the traits of a good host…fast reaction and talkative. He talked so much until the main host of the show dont have anything to say but just kept smiling.

He look rather charming in his white suit but too bad didnt catch him dance. All the songs were love songs and he only sang 2.

Jolin is so petite in real person! Besides being petite, she is damn skinny! Actually i think she look kinda fragile, cos she’s too thin. But love her dust pink chiffon dress with bling tube and ultra thick waist belt! Thought she look really stunning in that outfit.

Singing wise, okay. But didnt catch her dance as well. And she only sang 2 songs too.

I think, overall, im just too mezmerised by Jam Xiao’s voice. He started the concert with such a powerful voice that left me speechless so the following singers seem to be alright only.

But anyways, i enjoyed myself! And i officially announce myself as a fan of Jam Xiao! HAHAHAHA

Yay, im going to Mediacorp Vizpro concert at Indoor Stadium tonight!

Can see my favourite “Xiao Jing Teng”(dunno whats his english name), but his songs are damn superb!

True friends are such a gem.

Dont ask me why i am inspired to write about the worth of friendship out of a sudden.

Friends come and go, i know. There are so many friends whom im so close to but lost contact along the way but at least, they are still my worthy friends who complete a part of my life, giving me some really beautiful memories to keep.

I dont have many friends, but all the friends i have by my side now, i treasure them a lot. They are true friends to me.

But there are those who totally turned from being a good friend to a foe. I wouldnt say exactly a foe, but more like they let you down and treat you like an idiot when you treat them as a good friend. They did things that you totally cannot imagine and i tried very hard to decipher why this person did that to me, something that i have not figure it out until now. But its alright, i have moved on with my life. There are too many more important things in my life worth my time and effort to take care of than that matter.

P.S: I dont think highly of myself. Every businessman dont think highly of themselves, because they know they work damn f*cking hard to achieve what they have, all the more there is no need to put themselves one level higher than others. If you ever get it, it is nothing but hard work and more hard work. Given another industry, i will work equally hard to make it successful. At the end of the day, its doing what you believe in. And MDS is what i believe in that will work. Maybe you should read 3 little pigs when the book is out and see how hard we work behind the scene before making a groundless statement.

New color!

Got sick of my chocolate brown hair, especially the grown-out roots so dropped by Jedric Salon @ Bugis on Good Friday to fix my hair!

I love their personalized service, even though i like to hop around different salons and stylists, i always go back to them for major hair makeovers. Haha.

This time round, Weng decided to color my hair dark purple instead of brown. Reason being, he said even if he do similar brown shades, it will eventually become my current color and i will get so sick of it. So, why not try something different!

TADAH! Here’s the end result:

I think the color looks clearer in the last picture, a bit of purple + red. Means i need a damn good color shampoo to retain the color! Aiyah, just try this shade for 1 month, if color drop too much, i will just switch back to my chocolate brown! Though this current color do make my hair texture look a tad better.

And can you imagine me sitting in the salon while they were blowing my hair to look more voluminous, and i had my leopard printed shawl over my shoulders, wore a little black dress and my pink kate spade bag on my laps, i looked into the mirror and to my horror, i find myself looking like a “3rd party” of someone’s relationship!!!!

i have my reasons.

FJ Benjamin Sale…i love!

A lazy Sunday at home.

So decided to organize my shoe boxes and post up my loots from the sale. At the same time let JM test out his new DSLR on me.

Im not a fan of sale becoz usually, my size will be first to sold out.

But all thanks to Angelyn forwarding me the email, i went to FJ Benjamin Sale on the last day!!

My final loot: 5 pairs of Guess heels + 1 pair of Raoul heels + 3 nightwear from La Senza

YAY!!!! Im esctatic knowing that all the shoes i like have my size(5.5)!

$33 a pair, how cheap is that?! For all these gorgeous heels, i think the long checkout queue was worth it. =)
