BEFORE:

Bored with limpy, straight long hair. Sudden urge to visit salon for a new haircut! So i went to Estique at Pacific Plaza, stylist Katherine who cut my bf’s hair since his poly days and many of his other friends, his mum & Bro too. Very friendly & professional stylist.

AFTER:

The hairstyle i mentioned in my previous entry. But its not short enough, i wanted it to end just below my shoulder but JM said it will be too short, ask me to get used to this length first before chopping it too short & regret later! I like my bangs, the way she cut it is really nice, can swept it to one side for a different look and have it all down, depending on my mood! And finally, i can have the bulk of my hair all one length, something ive been looking forward to for the past months! I hate layers, its messy, looks dry, difficult to tie because of the few strands sticking out and worst of all, look like ah lian. Anyways, im gg Korea to have it permed, front and ends. Hehe.

$60 for the haircut, quite expensive yeah?

Anyways, after that, we went prawning, its my very first prawning experience at Bishan with JM, shihui & Tianfu! I caught only 1 prawn after 1 hour and it cost me $15.00!!! Fun, but definitely need a lot of patience. Its good to just sit there, wait for the prawns to go onto the bait, chit chat and relax. After tt, we intended to go try out the fish spa…but looking at JM’s feet, i felt damn grossed and nauseous that i went for foot reflexology instead. Its freakin gross to the extreme, its almost like he never scrub his feet for 100 years and his dead skin cells are as thick as my school textbooks! Wa lao eh! GROSSSSSS!!!! I swear i really felt like puking at that time. How can i ever let my feet soak in such condition?! I rather scrub myself, and have a nice pedicure done in nail parlor, not this!!!

When he JUST STARTED soaking his feet, the fishes RUSHED to his feet:

He felt ticklish so he took em out of the water but amazingly, the fishes actually STAYED at the exact same spot, waiting for him to put it in AGAIN. GOSH, DAMN SICK. So he put em in and few seconds later…

TADAH! WTF!!

NO WONDER I HATE FISHES. These black fishes which eat dead skin are seriously, the sickest creatures on earth. Luckily I love dogs & birds.

2nd thoughts.

So, i realized.

Shifting into a new premise means more work, more pressure, more expenses, more problems and less of personal time.

I really want more time for everything else, family, vicky, friends.

I hate to say this, but at some point in time, i would ask myself if i regretted going into this full time and letting it eat up the rest of my life to pursue the so-called dreams?

I fly so often that it gives me jitters whenever i have to fly. I hate flying, but i have to.

I felt bad towards my dog whenever she looked at me helplessly, wanting more attention from me. So in the end, my new office has became her 2nd home.

I feel helpless whenever i cannot meet my friends. I also need my girlfriends to be around.

Im drained, how to cheong for the rest of 2009? Im putting on my graduation hat in July, maybe i should sit down and have a real good thought about this whole career affair? Its bothering me for the past few months. As the business moves forward, its almost like i cannot keep up with the pace and the more i feel my life is totally being consumed. Thats why i always tell my partner, im not cut out to be a businesswoman or entrepreneur. Im merely doing the things i love and making people happy, thats all.

Argh, HELPPP.

Hello world!

Been very busy for the past week, and after a wonderful Taipei trip, now im back to my piles of work! But with breakoutttt on my freaking face! I think the weather in Spore sucks to the extreme, my skin was fine in Taipei, but once im back, the blemishes started to pop out one by one! And to make things worse, my skin is now severely dehydrated! The photos above is after much concealing & makeup. Argh. Never had to put on so much concealor before in my life.  And im thinking to cut my hair! Cannot stand the hot weather and heavy hair which makes my neck ache at night. Should i or should i not? I was thinking of cutting it all same length ending slightly below my shoulder, have the ends permed inwards so there’s some volume and bob style, color it a light shade of brown and lastly, my fringe cut into thick bangs which can be swept to one side if i want to. Haha. Sounds complicated? I dont trust Spore salons skills. They always say, “yah sure, can do it.” But it always turn out vastly different than what you originally wanted. Sucks right? After giving away all the precious moolahs. So most probably, im gg to Korea to do it instead.

Anyways, im busy because Model Quest is coming up in July, we are all planning and preparing for the whole event cos its already mid-June, so there is alot of deadlines coming up, finalizations with magazine, coming up with graphics and web layout, timeline, etc etc. Nevertheless, it will be fun! And we are all looking forward to this event and definitely anticipating to see new, fresh faces!

On a different note, i wanna say i love my 2 tiny roboskis at home! They are so damn active, tiny, adorable, bubbly and CHAOTIC! So different from all other hamsters i had last time! Bought a new double storey pink home for them and they really turn it upside down! Food flying all over the place, the bits that they used to clean and bathe themselves all thrown out of the cage, how can hamsters be so violent and chaotic! Look at how messy their fur is!

And the worst thing is, they get more violent when Vicky stare at them for hours. Weird. The 3 tiny monsters at home & their tales.

Shucks. How am i gonna put up every single photo?!

Compile it into Taipei Vacation Episodes 1 to 100, maybe?

A week later, im gonna jet off to Macau & Hong Kong again, another 500 photos?!
