I’ll miss her

Not in the office today and the forgetful me forgotten that yesterday was the last day of mds first full time staff, my dearest CS officer-Vernice whose one year contract has ended.

Which means I didnt get a chance to bid farewell to her.

Anyways, i really wish her all the best in her future endeavours..whether its going back to school to pursue her degree or a new job.

The cute and innocent little girl who shifted office twice with me & Joe. From our first office at paya lebar to a bigger one at paya lebar and finally the current one at Duxton, she went through all these changes with us and witness the growth of the business.

Joe always advise me to take it easy when staff leave us, because no one is gonna stay with us forever. Whether its part time or full time, they will come and go one day. So if I have to feel so sad whenever someone leaves, i dont think my heart can take it right. And over the years, I kinda learnt to take it in my stride already. I have to, right?

The new girl will start her new chapter of career with us on Monday. I’m looking forward to see her performance at work.
