Bali Retreat

Back from Bali more than a week ago but goodness, im working like a zombie once im back!

Mega sale preparation, pos revamp, mass recruitment and mds’s new shop coming. Its really choking us up.

Deadline is soo tight that I figure out why not enjoy my last sunday blogging about my Bali trip & other random stuffs.

Bali was great fun! We felt so excited when we were at the airport because its so unlike our business trips where you just pull yourself out of bed and lug your baggage to the airport and stone. Its actually one of the only few times I looked forward going to the airport to check in. Haha. And even though it was a mere 4 days 3 nights trip, my baggage was FULL of clothes, bikinis and beach accessories!

Well-prepared & ready to jet off to Bali!

Day 1: Reached Bali at noon & checked into Dreamland Villa.

I highly recommend this villa if you want to have absolute privacy for your trip and if you dont intend to explore Bali otherwise dont consider it because its out of the place. Though you can call a cab in and stuff, its still pretty much far from alot of places. Think of it as travelling from Sentosa back into Spore, its that far and isolated. But interior and service wise, thumbs up! They have real friendly staff who will fetch you here and there within the villa using a buggy and they clean your room twice a day!! Im quite particular about cleanliness so it really made me happy when I learnt they clean so often.

The villa’s decor is luxurious and comfy! Love the 2 sinks concept so i dont have to fight with my bf for space and i can really spend hours in the bathroom. But there were quite alot of insects in the room, you cant leave your food lying on the table because the ants crowded around so fast!! Yucks and I woke up one morning to find a cricket which looks like a cockroach to me crawling so slow in the bathroom. Simply freaked out. But just prepare insect repellent it will be fine.

Convenient buggy that fetches us everywhere in the villa!

Besides the spacious villa, I was really impressed with the quality of spa they offered. Though the price is steeper than those you see along the streets, but the entire spa session rejuvenated my soul to the max and remove my past few months of stress. They use quality products so the scrub left my skin smooth even after 1 week. Worth the US85++ I paid!

Its 12.57am and I should really head to bed now. Got tons of things to do on my list & work at 9am!

The more you expect, the more disappointment you’ll get. Thats sth I should really start learning.

Clubbing at Butter Fact Part 1

Went clubbing with my poly mates(also my super close girlfriends) at Butter!

It was one day before Halloween so its a long overdue entry! Am still waiting for Jill to send me Part 2 photos. Oops, camwhore too much.

Taught them how to act cute! Heh!

We were supposed to play kissing each other, but she cant be still in that pose.

I think we are really growing old. By 2am, we were super duper exhausted. Old hags.

Unlike our endless energy during poly days. Believe it or not, we dont club often but when we do, we danced and drank till they closed and chased us out of the club. Haha.

Drift Away
