No longer a procrastinator

One of the main reasons for starting this blog is to procrastinate about my life. That was the past. As years go by, i realize i have nothing much to complain or lament about my life. If i set a goal, i will make sure i achieve it. That means not setting a goal thats too far beyond my reach. So right now, at this moment, other than posting outfits of the day, i really have nothing much to update about my life. Its always the same routine, and i <3 it.

My life these days revolve around my husband and enjoying every minute of our marriage together, working very hard to develop our fashion designers team and opening more retail outlets(the coming one is Chevron House , stay tuned for updates) and when it comes to weekends, i will hang out with friends, along with my hubby and spending time with my family & vicky. Simple yet fulfilling at the same time.

If you realize, the past entries for half a year were all photos and small snippets of my daily life. So pardon me if i dun update so often. If you guys wanna see photos, feel free to add me on fb. :)

Hi Geo, i just wanna give feedback on your staff. I was at chevron house this morning to collect my items. i told her my intention and she asked for my name. even before i could complete my surname, she cut me off and asked to see the email notification. nevermind she did not allow me to complete my sentence, i showed it to her. then without a word she went to bring me the items.

despite being the only customer in store, your staff did not offer to check the items which were sealed in a bag. what if the wrong items were packed inside? so i asked if i could do so and all she did was take a pair of scissors and put it on the counter. shouldn’t she offer to open the bag up? so there i was, standing at the counter cutting up the bag while she looked on. the next thing she did was place the paper bag on the counter and expect me to put the items inside. I mean, I’m not some diva or something, but as a sales staff shouldn’t she at least offer to place them in the bag? when i was collecting my items at your PS store, your staff opened the bag, passed me the items before folding them into the plastic bags again. I’m not sure why this time round at chevron house it’s like i got to do everything myself.

moreover, she did not even say a word of thanks or goodbye when i placed my own items in the paper bag and left. She might as well place a ‘Self service only’ tag at the counter.

right after that, i proceeded to another blogshop which has an outlet at junction 8. just like your store, they only had one girl at the counter but around 5 other customers when i arrived. she greeted me, asked me politely what was my order ID, proceeded to open up the bag and asked me to check the item before thanking me and wishing me good day with all smiles. needless to say, she made my day much better after the encounter at your store.

to be honest this is my 2nd time entering your outlet at chevron house and the previous time was not pleasant as well. it was right after work, there were 2 girls at the counter and many other customers and it was very clear on your girls’ faces that they were not happy and stressed up. hope you will take in my feedback and do something. thanks.

      Hi there,

Happy new year to you & sorry for the late reply cos i dont really update my blog so often now. And let me apologize on their behalf for ruining your day. There is only one in-charge at Chevron House outlet so i will find out exactly what went wrong. In future if you have any enquiries or feedback, you can always email us at customers@mdscollections.com, my manager will handle it more promptly than leaving a comment here cos i dont check back often. Hope to seek your kind understanding on this. On a side note, MDS is not a blogshop, so i would be glad if you can change your perception towards us as local retail brand, and not a blogshop. Thank you very much.

      Regards,
      Georgiana
