Joe & I was on a no-carbs & sugar diet for the past 12 days. It was all working well…I dropped almost 2 kg…until, we spontaneously booked ourselves on a bangkok vacation last Sunday night. It was seriously so random and tomorrow, we are heading there! It’s impossible to carry on this diet when we are there. How to resist all the yummy food
This diet plan has a cheat day every week whereby we can eat all sorts of rubbish, spike our carbs intake to a maximum level, then continue dieting the nx day.
I ATE SO MUCH on my cheat day last Saturday. I had dim sum, mango pudding, ice lemon tea(I miss this soo much!!), prawn noodles, chicken rice, moscato, chocolate fudge cake! When I tasted rice after 1 week, it kinda feel weird to have rice inside your mouth.
Sadly I have to stop this diet for a few days. After I’m back fr bangkok, I shall step up on this diet & be stricter!! Ideally I wish to drop to 38kg. I am 40 now, in the past I was as skinny as 35 and I look sick. Lol.
